Selling your new dwelling?

You need an energy assessment...
Off-plan
If you sell the property you are building 'off-plan', you still need to provide evidence of it's energy efficiency. While the property is being built, you won’t know the final energy efficiency so you will need to include a PEA (Predicted Energy Assessment). This is included with all SAP calculations we provide.

Construction complete
If you sell the property when complete then you need to provide a report on the energy efficiency of the dwelling called an On-Construction Energy Performance Certificate (OCEPC). You will also need to supply the final Code for Sustainable Homes or Ecohomes certificate. If we provided the SAP calculations and PEA then we can easily provide the OCEPC. The cost is always included in the original fixed price quotation we provide.
